Fury

Fury is our cardio-focused class designed to get in faster movements with less resistance. This workout also utilizes fluid basic movements at higher reps that are always modifiable. A full body workout that changes with every class.

Strength

Strength focuses on slower movements with heavier resistance that can be easily modified. A full body workout that changes with every class.

Core

Core focuses on the muscles of your powerhouse including your abs, hips, glutes and lower back as well as balance which promotes stability throughout your day. This class is easily modifiable. A full body workout that changes with every class.
