Although what we do here is not designed to cure anyone, having a Doctor of Physical Therapy on site gives added value and peace-of-mind to our programs and members as we work with other healthcare professionals to optimize your health and wellness.

We have many different types of equipment and machines to relieve unwanted pressure in order to make your workouts safe and enjoyable so you can feel your best when you are lifting weights, using the treadmill, if you are a senior.

We have precise machines that can strengthen your core to counteract the effects of aging on your back which correlates to Low Back Pain.
This includes using core torso rotation, core lumbar strength, a core ab isolator, and core stretching techniques.

Many people suffer from shoulder pain due to life’s demands and ergonomics at work. Correcting posture by using corrective exercises as well as stretching techniques for the neck and shoulder help to reduce this considerably.
