This week’s Summer Slim Down Challenge

Going Back to Basics only strengthens your foundation.

This week @LSF show us (your trainers) your form and ability with the following exercises:

  • Your Push Up (technique, form, modifications- if aplicable)
  • Your Squat ( technique, form, modifications- if aplicable)
  • Single Leg Balance

This is a great time seek consult and suggestions from your trainers on how to modify and/or advance the above exercises AND
when you do for each of the 3 exercises above you will receive a raffle ticket towards our Summer Luau August 26th .
