Next Weekend Meet Up – July 15th @ Boettler Park
Are you getting involved in all the fun at LSF?!?
Last month we met up at the Mc Kinley Monument Steps and WIng Foot Lake State Park before the gym opened to get some fresh air, sweat, and shake up our workouts a bit together.
This past Saturday we did some Rock Wall Climbing and Yoga in Akron!!
We understand how its not always easy to workout and take care of yourself but it CAN be FUN and REWARDING especially when done together! We hope you are having as much fun as we are =)
Our NEXT Weekend Meet Up will be at Boettler Park Saturday, July 15th at 7am . YES, you can bring friends and/or family and it is FREE.
