Fit Family 5K at Walsh
Our 5K at Walsh this past Saturday was HOT and VICTORIOUS! Our ladies did GREAT meeting goals and milestones and finishing STRONG.
So what is going on with all the monthly community events at LSF?!?
LSF ladies are putting their new and improved STRENGTH and CONDITIONING gains to work and having FUN at local 5K and 10K walk/runs (6/17 @Walsh, 8/5 @Clinton), Warrior Dash (July 23rd, 8am @Clays Park), and Akron Relay (9/23).
We have all ages and levels making strides in their health and fitness journey. If you have any questions regarding the next event or your program at LSF see one of our AWESOME trainers. We are here for YOU!
Remember, when you participate in any of our Summer Slim Down Events or Challenges you receive a Raffle Ticket towards one of our prizes and gifts at our ** Summer Luau on Saturday August 26th from 9am -12pm at LSF**
