This month’s community event – 5K + 12 Obstacles

When you are very very scared or nervous thats ok, all that means is that you are developing COURAGE , Perseverance , and Character for what’s ahead!

Our Summer Slim Down Series Kicked off in May with our first community event, a 5K at Walsh University- Girls on the Run. Since then we have had WEEKLY gym challenges, 4 Weekend Meet Ups and today, Sunday July 23rd, marks our 3 rd community event @Clay’s Park – Warrior Dash!

We have only been open 10 mos. and our members are making quite the strides overcoming limiting beliefs, fears, and becoming stronger, more confident and healthier!

Today these ladies ran a muddy 5K that included 12 obstacles involving crawling, jumping, climbing, and swimming!

Everyone at LSF has access to personal training ! Our ladies are maximizing on their time, minimizing the guess work, in a safe, clean and non-intimidating enviornment.

Our goal is to empower, excite, and educate our ladies at LSF. Our next Community Event is at Clinton Park August 5th (5K or 10K walk or run ). We hope to see you there!! Click here to register:
