More ways to work your shoulders at LSF

This week our featured workout will focus on more exercises that target the muscles of the shoulder.

Remember, the purpose of our featured workouts are to educate, excite and empower you as you grow and learn more about your body. Lets have fun learning and working with our LSF trainers! *All workouts/exercises can be modified to fit your needs*
