Summer Slim Down Featured Workout – Shoulders Part One

This week for our featured workout we will be focusing on our shoulders using cables (machines #15, #2) and dumbbells.
When you complete each exercise twice (or 2 sets) you will receive a raffle ticket towards our Summer Luau, Saturday August 26th.
