How to get Laser Focused

Since opening our Ladies-Only Private Club back in September, I have heard almost the same questions over and over: “Do you have Zumba?” No. We don’t. “Do you do Body Combat?” Nope. “Do you have Step?” Not that one either.

As I’ve come to realize, women love classes because 1.) It gives them a set routine, 2.) It gives them camaraderie, and 3.) It’s fun! Who doesn’t love classes?


The problem with most classes women prefer is, although you do sweat, there is limited resistance exercise which will help mold your body and increase functionality as well as mobility. Take it from Dr. Mercola, licensed Physician and Surgeon.

Age-related loss of muscle mass is known as sarcopenia, and if you don’t do anything to stop it you can expect to lose about 15 percent of your muscle mass between your 30s and your 80s,” affirms Dr. Mercola.
